Petra Stellam, Co. was founded in 2019 by Luis Ruiz in Houston, Texas. We share the belief that clothing serves as an expression of persona. Petra Stellam specializes in contemporary collections that are cut and sewn. It is our mission to create a new perception of fashion through narrative-driven designs and intricate artistry. Infused with passion and purpose, our creations are a reflection of our love for storytelling within design in itself.

We view clothing as an art form and focus on experimentation with our collections. We also do not abide with the typical seasonal fashion calendar and collections are released upon completion.
